Rather than relying on generic advice or “wait-it-out” approaches, we provide evidence-informed tools that support real progress—customized to your routine, your goals, and the individual’s developmental readiness. Support may include: - Reviewing environmental, medical, and behavioral factors - Building pre-bedtime routines that support nighttime success -Teaching gradual behavior-change methods like scheduled waking or reinforcement systems -Collaborating to address setbacks, anxiety, or routine disruptions Weekly expert sessions allow for ongoing troubleshooting, adjustment, and reassurance. Services are short-term, respectful of privacy, and guided by both developmental appropriateness and your family’s comfort level. This service is not medical in nature but works well alongside pediatric care when needed. It's consultative, proactive, and focused on helping families feel prepared and supported every step of the way.
Cancellation Policy

Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and work promptly to offer alternative arrangements. There are no fees or penalties for canceling or rescheduling a consultation, as initial consultations are provided at no charge. We appreciate your courtesy and communication, and we strive to extend the same.
