Individual In-Home & Community ABA Services

We provide personalized ABA therapy tailored to address the behavioral needs of children with autism or other intellectual or developmental disability diagnoses. All ABA services are provided in the home or community setting by our licensed, doctoral-level behavior analysts.  Each family receives an individualized support plan geared toward their needs. Services are billed through insurance when applicable, with private-pay options available for diagnoses or needs not covered by insurance.*

Feeding Services

Our feeding support targets pediatric clients through adolescence who experience mealtime behavioral challenges such as food selectivity, refusal, and limited diet variety (picky eating). We are focused on developing practical, behaviorally-based feeding interventions and may collaborate with speech, occupational, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care. Service delivery is personalized to meet the needs of each client and family. Services are billed through insurance when applicable, with private-pay options available for diagnoses or needs not covered by insurance.*

School Consultation & Educational
Systems Support

Few behavior analysts have experience delivering ABA services in school settings or working with educational professionals to address systemic practices that influence student behavior. However, our team includes professionals trained and mentored in the use of positive behavior strategies in school settings, ensuring sound expertise in developing and implementing effective behavior support plans for students. This experience is grounded in interdisciplinary knowledge and systems-level approaches like Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), including Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Response to Intervention (RtI, tiered academic supports). We provide individualized consultation for students with or without a disability diagnosis, as well as educator training, and strategic systems-building services for administrators commited to student success.

Family Services &
Skill Building

Our family-centered services aim to empower caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to support their family member with behavioral challenges. We recognize that clients aren’t always children, and each family has unique routines, cultural practices, and values. With specialized interdisciplinary training, we plan our support to respectfully integrate these factors, always prioritizing ethical practice and personal autonomy. This collaborative, client-centered approach enables us to provide services that fit naturally into each family’s life. Our team will help build your confidence to create lasting, meaningful behavior-change for the whole family.

Professional Case Consultation

We believe that all professionals should have access to resources and guidance to improve their skills and confidently address challenging behavioral situations. Summit ABA provides doctoral-level consultation for BCBAs, educators, healthcare providers, and other professionals working with complex or unique behavioral cases.

Our consultations offer evidence-based strategies, assessment guidance, and practical recommendations to support effective intervention planning and enhance outcomes. Whether addressing individual cases, challenging behaviors, or system-level considerations, we tailor our guidance to meet the needs of each professional and their context.

Payment &
Insurance Coverage

Payment for ABA services is often billed through medical insurance or Medicaid coverage, however, private pay options are available. All payments for Summit ABA are processed via a HIPAA compliant medical billing software and service. Payment processing and details are separate from all other Summit Behavioral Support services or offerings.

*In Nevada, ABA services are covered by insurance only for specific disability diagnoses and when deemed medically necessary. Coverage varies by plan, and not all diagnoses, services, or providers may be included. Pre-authorizations, co-payments, deductibles, and benefit limits may apply. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.

We're expanding our insurance paneling each month, but are currently accepting Nevada Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem BCBS (Carelon), Cigna (Evernorth), Magellan, and SilverSummit insurance plans.
