This service is ideal for caregivers, educators, or support providers looking for practical, compassionate strategies to build independence and confidence around toileting routines. We begin by understanding the individual’s environment, routines, and readiness—then equip you with evidence-based tools to support successful toilet training. Support may include: -Assessing readiness and identifying barriers -Creating individualized routines based on current habits -Teaching reinforcement and prompting techniques -Troubleshooting regressions and inconsistent progress Training includes weekly support sessions with our team to review progress and address challenges. Services are short-term, outcome-focused, and guided by respect, privacy, and individualized pacing.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change and aim to be as flexible and respectful of your time as possible. We kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule consultations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to others in need and ensures smoother scheduling for all. Our team is equally committed to reliability. However, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or reassign providers when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and work promptly to offer alternative arrangements. There are no fees or penalties for canceling or rescheduling a consultation, as initial consultations are provided at no charge. We appreciate your courtesy and communication, and we strive to extend the same.
